First receipt in five minutes

Sign up, add an item, receive, ship, and check stock — five steps. Nothing to install and no long training.

  1. Sign up about 1 minute

Open HeroG in your mobile browser. There is no app to download.

Sign up with Kakao, Google, or LINE, or with an email address. Email sign-ups need one click on the verification link.

Pick a workspace name your team will recognize. You can change it later.

To use it with your team Whoever created the workspace invites staff from settings. The invited address and the address the staff member signs up with must match.
  2. Add an item about 1 minute

Start by adding one item you actually handle.

Enter the item name and choose a base unit: kg for weight, units for pieces, L for liquids.

If you handle boxes or sacks, register “1 box = x kg.” After that, receiving in boxes and shipping in kilograms still adds up. One item can hold both a 5 kg box and a 10 kg box.

You can set these later Add a shelf life (how many days) and a low-stock threshold and you get a heads-up before an item expires or runs out. Skipping it now is fine.
  3. Record a receipt about 30 seconds

Tap Receiving at the bottom, then pick the item and enter the quantity.

For boxed stock, choose Container and enter 50 × 10 kg boxes. The screen also shows 500 kg. You can enter kilograms directly instead.

Today’s date is filled in already. For an earlier receipt, change only the date. The purchase price feeds sales and profit figures and can be added later.

  4. Record a shipment about 30 seconds

Tap Shipping, pick the item, and enter the outgoing quantity. Ship in kilograms what you received in boxes; the conversion still adds up.

By default the oldest stock is drawn down first. Any split across receipts is recorded. To ship a specific receipt, choose Select manually.

Saved destinations come back as suggestions next time. Add a sales price and the shipment shows up in revenue reports.

  5. Check stock

The home screen shows what is left right now. Select an item to see its receipt and shipment history by date.

If the system count and the physical count differ, enter the real figure in Stocktake. Nothing is overwritten — the difference stays as an adjustment record.

Export to Excel Pick a period and download the receipt and shipment history as an Excel file (XLSX or CSV). It goes straight into tax and settlement work.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask most

Do I need to install an app?

No. It runs in your mobile browser. Add it to the home screen and it opens like an app.

Can I use decimal quantities?

Yes. Receipts, shipments, and adjustments all take values such as 1.5 kg and 0.25 boxes, to two decimal places.

What if box weights are not always the same?

“1 box = x kg” is a default. On days when the real weight differs, enter kilograms directly and record the gap during stocktake.

Can my team use it together?

Yes. Invite staff to the workspace and you all see the same stock. Their sign-up address must match the invitation.

Can I upload items from Excel?

Bulk upload is not available yet. Items are entered one at a time. Exporting to Excel already works.

Can I use it offline?

An internet connection is needed for now. Offline use is not available yet.
