The problem we solve

There is no shortage of inventory apps, yet when one does not fit the floor, people go back to notebooks and spreadsheets.

HeroG works exactly there: unit conversion, quality grades, oldest-first shipping (FIFO), loss, and the path from raw material to finished product. Our job is to make controls that used to need a full warehouse management system (WMS) usable with one hand on a phone.

The name HeroG stands for taking responsibility from A to Z — from receiving through shipping. It is also a promise to the people doing that work.

How we build

We value daily use over feature count.

  1. Simple at first. New users see only what they need and can turn on more later.
  2. Records that carry over. Growing should never mean starting your inventory history again.
  3. Decimals by default. Real stock arrives as 1.5 kg and 0.25 boxes, and it is recorded that way.
  4. Mobile first. If people cannot record work with one hand on site, the record will not stay current.
  5. Works across languages. Screens show in Korean, Japanese, or English. People sharing the same warehouse each read their own screen, and numbers and QR codes carry most of the rest.
