User and shipment limits are set by contract, sized to how you actually operate.

One shipment line = one count
Your monthly shipment count is the number of lines in the shipment log.
- Shipping one item once counts as one.
- Receipts, sorting, stocktakes, and processing are not counted. Only shipments are.
- Correcting a shipment does not add another count.
- Canceling does not undo a count already made.
How users are counted
Active staff plus valid pending invitations. One person counts once even across several clients or warehouses.
Plan changes and prorated limits
- Upgrades take effect as soon as the request is completed.
- Downgrades take effect in the next billing period. You can cancel the scheduled change before it applies.
- If you change plans mid-month, that month’s shipment limit is prorated by days. Usage already recorded stays, and the new limit applies to the remaining days.
Upgrade from Basic (5,000) to Pro (50,000) on day 15 of a 31-day month and that month’s limit is 29,677, not 50,000. 2,258 for the 14 Basic days plus 27,419 for the 17 Pro days. From the next month the full 50,000 applies.
This keeps a last-day upgrade from unlocking a full month of capacity. Only the shipment limit is prorated.
